Why We Exist

At the Intersection of Two Social Challenges

In our society, two groups frequently face invisible barriers: jobseekers whom the regular labor market overlooks, and individuals whose mobility limitations isolate them from medical care and daily life.

Our Social Vision

HELP4YOU was founded on 14 February 2018 in Brussels with the firm conviction that mobility and dignified work are two inseparable pillars of human independence. We do not view mobility as a mere technical service, but as a key tool for social emancipation and timely access to healthcare.

By integrating jobseekers into our support operations, logistics, and accompaniment services, we create a virtuous circle where every empowering career step directly helps vulnerable members of our community.

Our Core Commitments

  • Disinterested & Nonprofit Purpose: All resources are dedicated exclusively to our statutory public mission (Article 3).
  • Caring Accompaniment: Respectful, patient, and dignity-first support for every beneficiary without discrimination.
  • Brussels Community Roots: Active cooperation with social services, CPAS, hospitals, and neighborhood centers.
  • Complete Transparency: Thorough collegial governance with annual General Assemblies held before June 30th.

Socio-Professional Insertion

We provide jobseekers facing employment barriers with a structured framework for practical learning, confidence rebuilding, and developing vital transferable skills (logistics, dispatching, vehicle maintenance, and interpersonal care).

  • Hands-on practical immersion in real community operations
  • One-on-one tutoring and tailored career pathways
  • Soft skills and workplace communication coaching
Program 02

Adapted Mobility & Accompaniment

For persons with reduced mobility (PRM), patients undergoing treatment (dialysis, oncology, therapy), and convalescent or elderly individuals, reaching medical consultations or essential civil appointments should never be an insurmountable obstacle.

  • Door-to-door compassionate assistance adapted to individual needs
  • Adapted vehicles and trained accompaniment personnel
  • Coordination with hospitals, medical centers, and social services
